2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of civil Review Case No. 11 of 2019 (Sushama Jaiswal and others Vs. Hira Lal Prasad Jaiswal and others)

Patna High Court MJC No.3101 of 2023(2) dt.29-08-2024 2/2 which stood dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 03.02.2020 passed by the Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ansanuddin Amanullah.

3. For the reasons assigned in Paragraph nos. 3 to 6 of the petition, the MJC No. 3101 of 2023 is allowed subject to payment of Rs. 500 to Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.

4. Accordingly, the C. Rev. 11 of 2019 is restored to its original file.
