Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Garbandanga P.S. Case No. 51 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 489B, 489C, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion due to dirty village politics. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2019.
