This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Saur Bazar P.S. Case No.394 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376(3) of the Indian Penal Code, under Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act and under Section 3(2)(v) of the S.C./S.T. Act.

As per the F.I.R. the petitioner caught hold the daughter of the informant and tried to sexually assault her. 5.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2023. It is an admitted position that the petitioner could

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, VI-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Saharsa, in connection with Saurbazar P.S. Case No. 394 of 2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial.
