The petitioner seeks bail in Chiraiya P.S.Case No.92 of 2016 registered for the offences under Section 387 of the I.P.C. Allegation is of demand of rengdari from the mobile of the petitioner and he is not named in the F.I.R. Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that as a matter of fact, during investigation it has come that the said mobile was sold to Md. Alam and later on it is alleged that Md. Alam denied the ownership of the mobile. Thereafter vendor disclosed that the same was given to the petitioner and there is no I.D. Card or any material of the petitioner available on the record. He has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in custody for three months.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. Sikrahna at Dhaka, in Chiraiya P.S.Case No.92 of 2016 subject to the condition that in future if he is found involved in such type of the cases, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of his bail bond.
