Learned counsel for the petitioners is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 494, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner is husband of the informant/O.P.

The prosecution case relates to the harassment and cruelty due to non-fulfillment of the dowry demand of Rs. 1,00,000/-.

It is admitted by the petitioner that he has solemnized second marriage.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail of the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail which may be decided by the learned Court below without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the petition stands disposed off.
