Petitioners carry similar allegation than that of other co-accused who have already been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No.22272/2018, order dated 27.04.2018. Accordingly, petitioners Haldhar Muni, Chakardhar Mandal @ Chardhar Muni, Ashok Muni @ Ashok Mandal, are directed to be released on bail in the event of his arrest /surrender before the learned lower court within fortnight on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Bhawanipur
