In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No.188 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation has been made that when the informant along with 15-16 persons had gone for 'Vidagari', a dispute arose as the father-in-law of the lady was demanded a written undertaking from the parents, on that account, exchange of words took place, followed by altercation from both sides, however, counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above-named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case no.188 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
