JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Salimpur P.S. Case No. 23 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 395, 397 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from his possession. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of other co-accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
