The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajpur P. S. Case No. 81 of 2018 instituted under Sections 307 and 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case and on account of land dispute, the alleged incident took place. He submits that no one has sustained injury in the instant case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and similarly situated co-accused Vishnu Singh, who is son of the present petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 19.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51401 of 2018.

No.55470 of 2018(3) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid material, let the petitioner, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within one month from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VII, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S.Case No. 81 of 2018; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
