Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence punishable u/s 323, 498(A) of IPC and 3⁄4 of D.P. Act. 3.
The matter was sent to the Mediation Centre vide order dated 02.05.2023 and in compliance thereof, a mediation report is kept at flag 'A'.

I perused the mediation report dated 01.09.2023 whereby it is stated that the matter was partially settled between the parties and some details of settlement is mentioned in the mediation report. Learned counsel for the parties submits before
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75241 of 2022(5) dt.03-10-2023 2/2 this Court that now the matter has been fully settled between the parties.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the submission of the parties that the dispute between the parties has been settled, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Complaint petition No.178/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) pallavi/- U T
