2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Khagaul P.S Case No. 126 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 309 (6) B.N.S 2023.
3. As per prosecution case, some miscreants have assaulted the informant and snatched Rs. 17,000 from him.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner is not named in FIR and no TIP conducted during investigation. It is also submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 10.06.2025.
5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. On perusal of the FIR and impugned order, it appears that petitioner is not named in FIR his name transpired from the confessional statement of the co-accused. Nothing recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is custody since 10.06.2025. Investigation is already concluded, accordingly, chargesheet submitted. No TIP conducted during investigation.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-V, Danapur in connection with Khagaul P.S Case No. 126 of 2025, subject to conditions as follows:
(i) Petitioner shall present physically each and every date fixed by the trial Court till conclusion of the trial. (ii) One of the bailors must be the close relative of the petitioner.
