2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 309(4) of the B.N.S.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the informant went to Ranchi on 16.07.2024 and his wife was residing at his house alone. It is alleged that in the night of 18/19.07.2024 at about 12:30 A.M., four boys wearing mask entered in the house of the informant and took away golden ornaments and cash of Rs.20,000/- and two mobiles on the point of pistol. When the informant's wife raised alarm then his neighbour Mohammad Sonu Ansari and others came there and took the informant's wife out of th ehouse and informed the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. One Pukar Sahni has given his confessional statement and in his confessional statement the name of this petitioner has surfaced. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is having no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 28.07.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 136 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court of ACJM-VI, Darbhanga.

7. Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
