====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have snatched away gold ring and locket from informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the specific accusation of assault is against other co-accused persons. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76233 of 2024(2) dt.18-01-2025 2/2 07.08.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 24429 of 2024. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
