Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner and others being irritated by not given pass over of the vehicle committed assault and snatched belongings of the father of the informant. Submission is that the parties have already filed a compromise in this case and petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2017, after remand from another case.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56090 of 2017 (5) dt.04-01-2018 bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Varish Nagar (Samastipur) Police Station Case No.95 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
