The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The allegation of informant, Sheo Kumari Sinha, is that on 13.08.2017, when she went at the house of her brother Ramanand Sinha (petitioner no. 1) then Ramanand Sinha (petitioner no. 1) along with his son Vikas Sinha (petitioner no. 2) started to abuse her denoting her witch saying that daughter of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is the sister of petitioner no. 1 and due to misunderstanding the present case has been lodged. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
