2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with R.S. P.S. Case No. 103 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 21, 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery of the Cough Syrup containing Codeine has been made from the shop of the petitioner.

4. Considering the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged recovery, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

6. The petitioner is directed to surrender and pray for regular bail within four weeks from today. If the petitioner

No.85304 of 2024(2) dt.08-01-2025 2/2 surrenders and pray for regular bail within four weeks from today then the Court below will consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on its own merits without being prejudiced by the fact that the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected by this Court. The Court below will also consider the fact that other co-accused have been granted bail by this Court.
