2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bodhi Bigha P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the BNS,

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are accused of killing the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 2.5.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and except for suspicion, there is not material against him to connect him with the alleged offence.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner.

7. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73508 of 2025(8) dt.01-07-2026 2/2 had accompanied the deceased to a jungle where the petitioner along with the help of others had killed the deceased and thereafter created a scene as if the deceased was killed by unknown criminals who tried to commit loot with him.

8. In view of the aforesaid facts, this court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
