2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 126, 115(2), 118, 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2-4), 3(5) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have injured the victim.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 13.08.2024 and there is admitted land dispute between the parties which is apparent from Land Ceiling Case No. 3 of 2014-15.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Aurangabad /concerned Court below in connection with Narari Kala Khurd P.S. Case No. 52 of 2024.
