The petitioner filed this writ petition for transfer of Jamabandi Cancellation Case No.33 of 2015 from the Court of Additional Collector, Khagaria to any other Additional Collector of adjoining District of District-Khagaria as the petitioner has been continuously complaining about the conduct of in-charge Additional Collector, the respondent no.3 and the respondent no.3 is prejudicial and biased to the case of the petitioner for the reasons best known to the said officer.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14307 of 2017 (3) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. Prayer is allowed.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
