====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.

The matter has been listed under the heading "For Orders" under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Following are the reliefs sought for in the present writ application:

(i) To issue an appropriate order/s, direction/s including a writ preferably in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing upon the respondents to make payment of Group Insurance, Provident Fund, gratuity, pension etc.

Patna High Court CWJC No.23775 of 2019(5) dt.08-10-2020 2/2 (ii) To direct the respondents to make the payment of statutory or penal interest with respect to the aforementioned dues whichever is applicable in the case of the petitioner.

(iii) To direct the respondents to grant any other relief/s to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case".

After some argument, counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to file/make a representation before the competent authority.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
