2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State.

3. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of honorarium to which the petitioner is entitled to, as he was engaged as "Prerak" in Nardiganj under the Scheme of Bharat Sakshar Yojana.

4. The issue of payment of honorarium requires factual enquiry and as such the Court direct District Programme

Patna High Court CWJC No.15343 of 2017 dt.03-05-2018 2/2 Officer (Shaksharta), Nawada (respondent no.10) to verify the record and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to honorarium as "Prerak", he may be paid the honorarium on the basis of actual work done by the petitioner. The entire exercise of verification and calculation of entitlement of honorarium has to be completed within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
