The petitioner seeks bail in Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 170 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 448, 363, 366(A), 380, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. stating therein that she is willing to perform marriage with this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51889 of 2018 (3) dt.11-10-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st-cum-Special Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 170/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
