JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 323, 448, 379, 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is Mukhia of the Gram Panchat, has been falsely implicated in this case at the instance of his enemies. There is case and counter case. No fire arm injury has been found which falsifies the allegations levelled. During investigation, none of the witnesses has stated about the use of fire arm. Moreover, the injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
