The petitioner is aggrieved by order, dated 26.08.2019, passed in Case No. 137 of 2019 (Annexure 6), by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran at Motihari, whereunder the petitioner has been removed from the post of Aagan Bari Sevika. The order assailed in the present writ application is appealable within thirty days before the Divisional Commissioner.

Patna High Court CWJC No.21497 of 2019(2) dt.05-12-2019 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the limitation period of filing the appeal against Annexure 6 has been elapsed.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file appeal within three weeks, from today, against the order, dated 26.07.2019, passed by the District Programme Officer, East Champaran at Motihari, in Case No. 137 of 2019 (Annexure 6), before the Divisional Commissioner, who shall consider the same, condoning the delay, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, thereafter, within sixty days from the date of its filing.
