1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. For directing the Chief Post Master General, Bihar Circle, Patna (Respondent No.

1) and Postal Superintendent, Vaishali Division, Hajipur (Respondent No. 2) to terminate Rakesh Bharti, S/O Late Satish Bharti who has joined on post of Sakha Dak Pal (EDBPM Adalpur, B.O. Singhara S.O.) on compassionate ground after the death of his father namely Late Satish Bharti who was posted on Sakha Dak Pal (EDBPM Adalpur, B.O. Singhara S.O.) for submitting false information for getting the service as :- 1. That Rakesh Bharti (Res. No. 4) showed about 1 katta land whereas he contains 5 acre lands. II. He showed cottage house

He showed the mental position of mother has not good whereas the mother is completely healthy position. IV. He is always busy in Medical Profession without properly doing duty in Postal Work. V. He got the service by threatening the petitioner and his mother. VI. He neither look after his mother nor the family members (which is mentioned in annexure - 1). II. For directing the Chief Post Master General, Bihar Circle, Patna (Respondent No. 1) and Postal Superintendent, Vaishali Division, Hajipur (Respondent No.

2) for appointing/joining the petitioner on the post of Sakha Dak Pal (EDBPM Adalpur, B.O.

Singhara S.O.) in stead of Rakesh Bharti (Respondent No. 4)."

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Chief Postmaster General, Bihar, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
