2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 109, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by means of iron fighter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Case and counter case. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.
