The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a second bail petition. The earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 17.05.2018 on the ground that nine cases were pending against the petitioner herein. Today the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit and has stated that the petitioner has been granted bail in all the said nine cases pending against the petitioner herein and is ready to furnish security as directed by this Court, hence he should be granted regular bail more so since he has undergone custody of 11 months.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail subject to deposit of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) with the Nazarat of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.59238 of 2018 (3) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 concerned Court and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017.
