The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajgir P. S. Case No. 156 of 2017 instituted under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation that the informant's daughter was married with the brother of this petitioner 17 years back and she was killed by accused persons, however, this petitioner is a married Nanad and she used to reside at her matrimonial place far away from the place of occurrence and she was not present there and has also got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances that petitioner is a married Nanad, so Kuleshwari

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52845 of 2017 (2) dt.09-11-2017 2/2 Devi @ Kulelshwari Devi, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IV, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Rajgir P.S.Case No. 156 of 2017; subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
