1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.06.2022 passed by the Collector, Arwal in Appeal No. 7/DM/2020, who has affirmed the order dated 09.01.2020 passed by District Programme Officer, Arwal in Case No. 12/76/77 and 78 DPO/2019 by which selection of petitioner was cancelled and Gyanti Kumari (Respondent No. 6) was selected upon the post of Anganbari Sevika in place of petitioner.

ii) For issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of

Patna High Court CWJC No.18310 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 Certiorari for quashing the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya in Anganbari Revision Appeal No. 138/2022 who did not interfere in the order dated 16.06.2022 passed by the Collector, Arwal and hold that the present revision is not maintainable."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
