====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 30-11-2018 By order dated 14.09.2018, Hon'ble Mr. Justice Shashank Kumar Singh, a former Judge of this Court, was requested to act as sole Arbitrator to adjudicate and resolve the dispute between the parties by my predecessor-in-office. The Arbitrator, so appointed, has declined to proceed with the same. In the wake of the above, learned counsel for the parties agree that a new Arbitrator be appointed in the matter. Accordingly, Shri Gopal Krishna Jha, a retired District Judge, is hereby appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and Appointment of Arbitrators by the Chief Justice of Patna High Court Scheme, 1996.
