Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 769 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant is the mother of victim who had instituted FIR against petitioner and other members of his family. The girl has been recovered. She has stated in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C that she has gone with petitioner as her own sweet will. Medical Board has assessed the age of girl 20 years.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57312 of 2018(3) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 769 of 2017.
