2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jogbani (Bathnaha) P.S. Case No. 238/2019 registered for offence under Sections 363, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, informant's daughters namely Kiran Kumari, aged about 14 years, and Savita Kumari, aged about 12 years went to pluck flowers from the garden and after plucking flowers, both went to the temple of Maa Durga, but after few hours, the younger daughter of informant came and informed that this petitioner and co-accused Gahesh Mehta forcibly kidnapped Kiran Kumari (elder daughter of informant).

4. The victim is minor and still traceless.

5. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that victim is still traceless, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
