Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is accused in connection with Saraiya P.S. Case No. 38 of 2019 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has been made accused in the present case only on the basis of spy, as detailed in paragraph no. 14 of the case diary. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.07.2019.
