2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of daughter of the informant was solemnized with co-accused Jageshwar Sahni. After marriage, the accused persons started assaulting her for nonfulfillment of dowry demand. On 01.08.2023, the informant came to know that the all the accused persons including the petitioner committed dowry death of his daughter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is nanad (sister-in-law) of the deceased, having no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. The husband of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73495 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 deceased is under custody and the allegations are general and omnibus. He has submitted further that when the informant realised his mistake, he filed a compromised petition.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Palanwa P.S. Case No. 159 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
