This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.307 of 2018 arising out of Gopalpur P.S.Case no.49 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149,341, 323, 307, 379, 386, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of demand of rangdari and also snatching of Samsung Mobile and Rs.25,000/- from the informant. He is accused in other cases also. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated in this case and no such incident has occurred. He is in custody since 25.1.2018. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58340 of 2018 (4) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 prayer for bail.

Having heard both sides and the charge in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, as well as the charge has now been framed in this case as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of six months.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
