Patna High Court MJC No.4214 of 2019(3) dt.19-01-2024 2/2 ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 In order to show compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.4.2019, passed in CWJC No. 8950 of 2019, a show cause has been filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 8, wherein it has been stated that neither any appointment of night guard has ever been made nor the petitioner possesses any appointment letter nor the Management Committee of the Rajkiyakrit Harawat Raj High School, Lalpur, Saropatti, District-Madhepura, has appointed the petitioner as Night Guard, hence, the petitioner is not entitled to any salary. 2.

In view of the aforesaid, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 24.4.2019, passed in CWJC No. 8950 of 2019, has stood complied with.

Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
