JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 3/ 19-09-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2538 of 2018 by which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No.13 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipatti. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he met with accident on 20.04.2018 and got fracture in his leg. He remained in hospital till 06.06.2018 with direction for two months' bed rest. Necessary medical prescription has been enclosed as Anenxure-2.

In view of such, two weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and the Court below will release the petitioner on bail in terms of the order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.2538 of 2018. This Modification Application is, accordingly,
