The petitioner seeks bail in Garkha P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioner is said to have given sword blow on the head of the informant inflicting bleeding head injury. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no such occurrence as alleged took place. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case by the informant to save his skin from the case lodged by the petitioner against him. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. There is no allegation of giving repeated blow against the petitioner. The

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Saran at Chapra in connection with Garkha P.S.
