2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners came to the house of the informant and made firing over a dispute for keeping illegal liquor.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that these petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. though there is allegation of firing, but nobody sustained fire arms injury. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of both these petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let these petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Chabilapur Police Station Case No. 99/2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the B.N.S.S.
