JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 342, 376 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the informant, at the outset, submits that he has instruction of the informant not to oppose the anticipatory bail of the petitioners as the case was instituted under a misconception, it is further submitted that petitioner no.1 and the victim have already married and are living peaceful conjugal life.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
