2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with other accused persons, armed with lathi, danda, iron rod etc. came to the place of occurrence and started abusing. When the informant's father intervened, petitioner no.1 assaulted him with lathi and bricks, due to which he sustained injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73490 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 submitted that they have falsely been implicated in this case. They are the persons of clean antecedents. There is land dispute between the parties and the injuries suffered by the injured are simple in nature.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Sangrampur P.S.Case No. 161 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
