2. The instant application has been filed for review of the order dated 27.09.2023, passed in MJC No. 1989 of 2017 whereby the contempt petition was disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to pursue his case pending before the Land Acquisition Rehabilitation and Settlement Authority.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the

No.309 of 2023 dt.12-01-2024 2/2 date on which the order was passed, the matter had already been transferred to the Court of Learned District and Sessions Judge, Nalanda from where it has been sent to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 6th Biharsharif for further proceeding, thus, the petitioner prays for necessary correction in the order by way of the review petition.

4. In view of the averments made in the review application and the submissions advanced, this Court modified the earlier order dated 27.09.2023 and further gives liberty to the petitioner to pursue his case pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Biharsharif (Nalanda).

5. Accordingly the order dated 27.09.2023 stands modified and reviewed to the extent indicated hereinabove.

6. It is expected that the learned Court in seisin shall take all the endeavors to conclude the Land Acquisition Case No. 10/2014-15 expeditiously, preferably within a period of 1 year from the date of receipt/ production of the copy of the order.
