The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ratanpur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 354B, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that there is case and counter case and despite repeated orders, the final injury report has not been sent to the Court as also that the initial injury report does not reflect that the injured had sustained grievous injuries coupled with the declaration made in paragraph 3 of the application that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, in the event of
