The petitioner seeks bail in Gaya Muffasil P. S. Case No. 466 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2015. The instant case has been registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. In the written report it is alleged that at the instance of this petitioner several fire arms as mentioned in the written report were recovered concealed inside the sand in the Falgu river.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that aforesaid recovery is not from conscious possession of this

Keeping in view the period of custody already spent by the petitioner in custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Gaya, in connection with Gaya Muffasil P. S. Case No. 466 of 2015 subject to the condition that both the bailers shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
