2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently, Sections 302, 201, 120B of the Indian Penal Code was added.
3. Earlier, vide order dated 30.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 26547 of 2025, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner was rejected by this Court.
4. Prosecution case, in short, is that the informant's son left home on 04.05.2024 at around 11 AM in his Swift Dzire Car and since then, his mobile number 9798748284 had been

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submitted that there is a delay of eight days in lodging the FIR without any plausible explanation, which in itself, raises doubt over the prosecution story. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Vinay Kumar and Krishna Kumar. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. Learned counsel further submitted that except the confessional statement, there is no material against the petitioner to prove his involvement in the alleged occurrence. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 20.08.2025 and has no criminal antecedent.
6. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, there being no cogent material against the petitioner to show his involvement in the alleged occurrence as also the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- ( Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No. 193 of 2024.
