The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bidpur P. S. Case No. 39 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the petitioners kidnapped the sister of the informant with bad intention.
Submission is of false implication and that the statement of the victim has been recorded wherein she has stated that she was not kidnapped rather she performed marriage with the petitioner Manjit Kumar and she has gone with her own sweet will and consent. She has also stated that she has pregnancy of two months, no offence under Section 366 A of the Indian Penal Code is made out and as such the petitioner deserves

In the facts and circumstances stated above, the petitioners above named, in case of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on execution of bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIVth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No. 39 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) avin/- U T
