2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 196 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. It is alleged that on 15.08.2025, informant received a viral video in which students of Government Primary School Sarsaiya Hindi were being made to chant the name of Md. Jinna by this petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that from bare perusal of the F.I.R. it is apparent that petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of viral video and it is not the case of informant that alleged incident led to any breach of peace as such, no offence under Section 196 BNS
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72780 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 is made out against the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Bhagwanpur Hat P. S. Case No. 362 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
