While filing show cause, Mr. Dhirendra Kumar, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.6 informs that the disciplinary proceeding is complete and it is only on the issue of penalty that the concurrence has been sought from the Bihar Public Service Commission which is awaited and no sooner the opinion of the Bihar Public Service Commission is received that the order would be notified.

In view of the statement so present in the show cause the contempt application is disposed of.
