The petitioner seeks bail in Bhargama P. S. Case No. 232 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 324, 427, 354(B), 325, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. Injury has been sustained from both the sides.

In the instant case, there is allegation against this petitioner of assaulting the sister-in-law of the informant on head with Farsa. The injury report of sister-in-law of informant, namely, Madhu Devi has been annexed as Annexure4 series, wherein, the doctor has found grievous injury on her

The injury sustained in the counter case from the side of the petitioner is also annexed as Annexure-4 series, wherein, none of the injured has sustained any grievous injury. All the injuries are superficial and simple in nature. In such circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected. He is given liberty to renew prayer for bail after six months if no substantial progress is made in the case.
