The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. Case No. 330 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323, 420, 406 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Vide order dated 27.11.2019, with the consent of the parties, the instant case was sent to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of the Patna High Court, so that there could be an amicable settlement of disputes between the parties. The learned Mediator has submitted his report dated 29.01.2020 wherein he has recorded that inspite of his best efforts, the dispute between the parties could not be settled

Since the dispute between the parties appears to be predominantly civil in nature, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Benipatti in connection with C.R. Case No. 330 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
